Meat Hook

If you like Rye Whiskey I’m sure this’ll be an absolute treat. But it wasn’t really for us.

1 ½ oz Rye Whiskey

½ oz Sweet Vermouth

2 tsps Islay Scotch

1 tsp Maraschino liqueur

Stir everything with ice and fine strain.

A variant of the Red Hook, personally I much prefer the original!
